At The Triathlon Store, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for your next race; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place your unused gear, including all original tags and packaging, into a secure shipping box to ensure it stays protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
